Water-based, fiber containing, white paste. Keeps shape and remains absorbent after it is dried. Perfect to use for sculptural painting or to create 3D decorations. Convenient to use as primer if we need an aquarelle paper like, absorbent surface. Color with the Pigment Pastes or paint on top with Liquid Watercolors for fine, pastel shading.
